Scope and Applicability

Miscellaneous


This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Winfromus regarding your use of the Services on the Web site from which you accessed this Agreement. This Agreement supersedes all previous and contemporaneous oral and written agreements between you and Winfromus regarding your use of the Services on the Web site from which you accessed this Agreement.


You agree that this Agreement and any claims arising from this Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Mysore Jurisdiction (Mysore, Karnataka, India), without regard to its conflict of law principles.
